Mertens won the title in Rabat

Belgian Elizabeth Mertens won the red-tennis tournament in Rabat (Morocco) with a prize pool of 250, 000 dollars. In the final, the leader in the circuit was 6:2, 7:6 (4) over the Australian Ayla Tomlyanovic.

Mertens won the title after losing only one set in the course of the entire tournament, and in the final he coped with the 96th resistance in the world Tommynalovic for an hour and 47 minutes.

The Belgian had difficulty only in the second set when, after taking a 3:0 lead with two breaks, he allowed up, missed a 5:4 match predicted by contact with best sport picks on his serve but was still more relaxed in the tiebreak that won with 7:4 points.
