Annika Beck took the title in Canada

The fifth placed German Annika Beck won the tournament in Quebec, Canada, at the category "International".

At the final she won convincingly Jelena Ostapenko from Latvia with 6:2, 6:2 for 53 minutes. Beck lost the first two games, but then took the remaining 12, to the end of the match from sport predictions 14.

"Throughout the whole week I have Improved my game. I am happy, that at the final I have resisted the pressure and I have managed to win," said the 21 years old German.

For Annika Beck this is the second title of her career. She returned to the Top 50 under No43, while the finalist Ostapenko debuted in the Top 100.
